Attention N scale modelers! The Trains.com Store is excited to announce that it’s offering a Milwaukee, Racine & Troy International Car Co. bay-window caboose.  The model, produced by Bluford Shops, is available in two road numbers.

The caboose is based on a phase 3 prototype and features an injection-molded plastic body; a separate, factory-applied smokejack; wire grab irons; Trainworx leaf-spring trucks with Fox Valley Models metal wheels; body-mounted knuckle couplers; and clear window glazing.

The caboose is painted in the MR&T’s red, black, and silver caboose scheme. Graphics on the model (era: November 1974+) include a large MR&T herald, Automatic Car Identification labels, and double panel consolidated stencils. The platforms are painted black with the step edges picked in white. The end cages are red and white with a white brake wheel.
